Last updated: July 2026. This notice is prepared in line with applicable data protection law, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the GDPR.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by the data controller operating the Platform, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity/Contact: email address.
• Account data: password (irreversibly encrypted/hashed), subscription plan.
• Usage data: watchlist, alert rules, preference settings.
• Technical data: IP address and session information (for security and abuse prevention).

3. Purposes of Processing

• Creating your account and providing the service,
• Security, fraud and abuse prevention,
• Improving the user experience and providing support.

4. Legal Basis and Transfer

Data is processed on the legal bases of the establishment/performance of a contract and legitimate interest. It may be shared with infrastructure/hosting providers to the extent necessary to provide the service; otherwise it is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention Period

Data is retained while the account is active and for the periods required by applicable legislation. When you delete your account, the data associated with it (watchlist, alerts, notifications) is permanently deleted.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of, and port your personal data. You can update your data or delete your account from your account settings; for additional requests you can contact our support channels.

7. Security

Passwords are irreversibly hashed, communication is over encrypted channels, and access is limited by authorization.
