AlphaWatching (the "Platform") is an information and education service providing technical indicators, AI-assisted commentary and insights on crypto and equity markets. The Platform is not a brokerage, a portfolio management company, or an investment advisory service.

2. Not Investment Advice

All analyses, scores, signals and commentary on the Platform are for information purposes only and do not constitute investment advice or investment advisory services under applicable capital markets legislation (including Turkish Capital Markets Law No. 6362). Every investment decision and its consequences are solely the user's responsibility.

3. Data Source and Accuracy

Market data is obtained from third-party sources (e.g. public Binance and Yahoo Finance APIs). Data may be delayed, interrupted or contain errors; the Platform does not guarantee its continuity or accuracy.

4. Account and Use

• The user is responsible for the security of their account and password.
• Using the Platform for unlawful purposes, automated abuse (scraping, excessive requests), or in ways that infringe the rights of others is prohibited.
• During the launch period all features may be offered free of charge; this may change in the future.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of data, investment losses, etc.) arising from use of the service.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on this page; continued use of the Platform means you accept the current terms.
